Captain Jamie Bennett is a 28-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department and was appointed to the department in January, 1995. As a police officer, he was assigned to Newton, Southeast, and Central Divisions.Edward Bennett (1577 – bef. 1651), was an English merchant based in London, and a free member of the Virginia Company.
