With that being said, you can still make $25-55 an hour regularly serving at a low ticket place if the business is there and you can turn your tables quickly.

Idk if there’s anything you can do to totally avoid body aches, but proper hydration & good shoes helped. Full body work out- the repetitiveness of bartending will overuse certain muscle grounds and underuse others creating compounding compensation issues. Stay on top of this.Just remember to not take slow season personally. You can be the best server in the world and only get 10% during slow season. Keep in mind the recession right now is adding flame to the fire. Be smart with your money and have a side gig in case you get scheduled less. You must have a unique situation if the holidays are your slow season.
