Both screws to hold the water bottle holder were stripped, they spun in the frame and could not be removed. It's a very nice bike and a great deal so I returned the bike and reordered the same model. The Kent Trouvaille was notorious for being shipped with the chain being routed wrong through the derailleur which will cause poop shifting. Seth from Berm Peak covered this, and Wolftick found one live at a Walmart during a video last fall. Here is a different shorter video on fixing this and proof it was an issue.
